What is Linseed Oil?
Linseed oil is extracted from the flaxseed which is one of the most useful natural oil and this is used as medicine. It contains the essential omega-3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Linseed oil is used for heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetic foot ulcers, dry eyes, etc.

If you use linseed oil for foot sores then use the oil twice daily for 12 weeks that helps to heal faster in people with diabetes.
