What is Linseed Oil?
Linseed oil is extracted from the flaxseed which is one of the most useful natural oil and this is used as medicine. It contains the essential omega-3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Linseed oil is used for heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetic foot ulcers, dry eyes, etc.

Use the oil in an opaque or dark glass bottle to protect it from the light. Also, you can use this oil for cooking because they have some nutritional properties. If you use linseed oil for foot sores then use the oil twice daily for 12 weeks that helps to heal faster in people with diabetes.
