Description
Drotaverine 80 mg and Mefenamic acid 250 mg – This medicine is a combination of two medicine Drotaverine+Mefenamic acid that helps in the treatment of abdominal pain. Drotaverine is an anti-spasmodic drug that reduces withdrawals (spasms) connected with smooth muscles in the stomach. Mefenamic is applying in the short-term treatment of medium to moderate pain from several conditions. Also, mefenamic is used to reduce pain and blood loss of menstrual periods. Mefenamic belongs to the drug which is well-known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
How to use this medicine:
Before using this medicine first read the label pamphlet carefully because it will give more information regarding betahistine. And then sallow this medicine with drinking water. Always try to take medicine at the same time of the day. If in any case, you forget to take medicine then don’t try to overdose that causes various health issues. You should usually take this medicine 3 times a day, leaving 6 to 8 hours between doses.
Side effects of Drotaverine+Mefenamic Acid:
- Shortness of breath
- Peeling and blistering of skin
- Fast heartbeat
- Unusual bleeding or bruising
- Yellow-colored eyes or skin
- Difficult or painful urination
- Bloody and cloudy urine
- Excessive tiredness
While taking this medicine in your treatment, if you feel any side effects then tell your doctor as soon as possible.
Precautions:
Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you have any kind of allergy to tamsulosin or dutasteride or if you have any other allergy. If you are taking any other medicine while using tamsulosin or dutasteride then consult your doctor or tell your medical history. Don’t donate your blood during the period of treatment of benign abdominal pain.
